Synopsis

In the wake of the mysterious cosmic phenomenon referred to as "The Pulse", sabotage within within S.H.I.E.L.D.'s maximum security facility, The Vault, causes numerous monsters and villains to escape. In response to this crisis, Nick Fury calls The Avengers and sends them on individual missions to restore order.

Hulk's Story[]

The Hulk is sent to a small town near the Rocky Mountains to capture the Vault escapees that have overrun the area. Hulk battles and incapacitates several, including Wendigo and Zzzax. Fury contacts Hulk, telling him to stand by while a S.H.I.E.L.D. transport comes to retrieve the inmates, but Hulk refuses after seeing that the transport is under attack. Hulk jumps aboard and finds Abomination on board. Hulk defeats Abomination, but fails to save the ship, and Fury blames Hulk, telling all agents that he is their new priority target. Iron Man confronts Hulk in his Hulkbuster Armor, and Hulk attempts to point out Abomination is responsible. They fight, but are eventually interrupted by Captain America

Captain America's Story[]

Notes

  • The developers planned to add Thor and Iron Man as playable characters with their own campaigns, but abandoned the game before turning these plans into reality. The Captain America update wasn't even released for Android, making Cap's storyline iOS only.
