Ajna is a telepathic/clairvoyant mutant member of the Cardinal Thieves who along with others, was a candidate for the head position of the guild until Jean-Luc LeBeau brought his son, Gambit to the aisle in order to compete for the position also.

Gambit ended up with the leadership after being targeted by Nil, another competitor for the title. Anja was appointed a spot on the Cardinal Council by Gambit as the guild's personal telepath.^[1]

• Telepathy: Ajna possesses mental powers to affect and manipulate the minds of other sentient beings. She can read minds and communicate mentally with others over long distances.
• Precognition: Ajna possesses the ability to perceive in her mind's eye the events of possible futures.
  • Clairvoyance: She is also able to see far off places or events as well as present events and her surroundings.

• As each of the candidates for head of the Thieves Guild was challenged to accomplish thefts of near-impossible scale, Ajna used her psychic abilities to perform Remy's chosen theft of stealing the bell from the Wall Street Stock Exchange.
