This Monday was a bit special as we gathered for a Kilo Health internal catch-up event to address colleagues’ questions, review half-year results, and set clear plans for the rest of the year. Our CEO, Žygimantas Surintas, emphasized that it was not an easy start to the year, but we have accomplished a lot, and we have many wins to be proud of. He has shared his vision, company plans and big bets for the H2. Our CPO, Ilona Bernotaite, presented our eNPS score and shared her insights on how we can further boost team satisfaction. Our Head of Digital Wellness, Tomas Jakimavicius, shared important points on taking accountability, being agile and receptive to market and customer needs, and acting when something feels off. Our quarterly meetings are a place where we cheer for the wins, reflect on the lessons learned, and make plans for the future. Staying open and honest, learning from each other, and patting ourselves on the back are just as important as focusing on growth. Take a look at some of the moments from our Q&A.
