At L Marks we work flexibly and from anywhere, but of course we still love meeting each other in person when we can. We do not require the team to be in the office for a fixed amount of days per week - we are fully flexible and work location depends on personal circumstance and team dynamics
Every employee has personal goal setting and development which includes access to resources for further training and learning.
