Sarah Ladd Eames

Sarah Ladd Eames currently serves as a Managing Director of Russell Reynolds Associates, a premier provider of senior-level executive search and assessment, serving clients globally for 40 years. Based in New York, Sarah is a senior member of the firm’s CEO/Board Services, Health Services, and global Life Sciences Practices. She specializes in recruiting CEOs, senior executive leaders and board members for healthcare services, health plans, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics companies. She serves a diverse group of clients comprised of Fortune 500, mid-cap and emerging growth companies in the United States and Europe. In the Health Services sector, she has recruited for multisite for-profit healthcare services companies, managed care organizations and integrated delivery systems. She is the Co-Founder of Russell Reynolds Associates’ CEO Roundtable for Healthcare CEOs.

A seasoned health care industry executive, Sarah possesses more than 25 years of diverse healthcare services and board of director experience in both the public and private sectors including Trinity Health. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarah was the Deputy Chairman and CEO of the publicly-traded Allied Healthcare International, Inc. She also held roles of increasing responsibility at American Hospital Supply Corporation, Baxter International, and Johnson & Johnson as well as Senior Vice President roles for Apria Healthcare Group.

In addition to serving on the Advisory Board of the Smithsonian Libraries, Sarah serves on the board of directors of Women Business Leaders of U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation and the Visiting Nursing Services of New York, Partners in Care. She is also a member of the Economic Club of New York.

Sarah received her B.A. in economics from Northwestern University, Phi Beta Kappa, and her M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
