Rosemary Livingston Ripley, Founding Chair, of New York, New York, is Entrepreneur in Residence of NGEN Partners, headquartered in Santa Barbara, Calif. Prior to joining NGEN, she was a founder of Circle Financial Group. From 1990 to 2005, she was at Altria as Vice-President, Corporate Business Development. She is a director of the Livingston Ripley Waterfowl Sanctuary. Rosemary is a graduate of Yale University, where she received a BA and MBA degrees. She is the Founding Chair of the Smithsonian Libraries Advisory Board.
