Walkthrough to Delete Your CVS Account

Delete your CVS account in seven steps.

1. Access the CVS website

Go to the CVS website by clicking the following link: https://www.cvs.com/.

2. Sign in to your CVS Account

Click the “Sign In” link in the top right.

3. Click “Account” and “Profile and preferences”

Click the “Account” link in the top right.

Then, click the “Profile and preferences” link from the drop-down menu. 

4. Click “Submit a privacy rights request”

Scroll to the ‘Savings and memberships’ section.

Click the “Submit a privacy rights request” link.

5. Enter your zip code and click “Verify location”

Enter your zip code.

Click the “Verify location” button.

6. Select “Delete my account and personal information”

Select the “Delete my account and personal information” link as your privacy rights request.

7. Click “Yes, delete my account and info” and “Delete account”

Click the “Yes, delete my account and info” button.

Then, click the “Delete account” button to confirm your request.

You will see a notification confirming that your request to delete your CVS account has been completed. Your removal request should be completed within a 45-day waiting period. 

You have completed a CVS account deletion request.
