🌿 This year, the Davines Group is launching 'The Good Farmer Award', the first Italian prize that will be awarded to the two most innovative and advanced regenerative organic agriculture projects with the goal of spreading a new production culture and supporting the ecological transition in agriculture.  A six-member jury lead by President of Fondazione per lo sviluppo sostenibile Edo Ronchi will examine the projects submitted by candidates. ☀️ Last week, our Davines Group teams came together to celebrate our #community and our Company during the 2024 #SummerPlenum.  🎤 To kick-start the event, moderators Carlotta Tridenti and Bianca Anastasia Serra called Anthony Molet on stage for an opening speech. Our CEO expressed his gratitude to the 996 people that work at the #DavinesGroupVillage and across all our subsidiaries every day, and presented the group's 2024 strategy, highlighting the company's common objectives and identifying growth opportunities.  🌷 Further speakers addressed our sustainability strategy and all the activities and communication projects that have been planned for the coming years.  💬 To wrap up this special afternoon, Silvana Bollati, Stefania Bollati, and Davide Bollati took a moment to celebrate all colleagues, those that have been with us for the longest and newcomers too, telling them all about how the company was born and reminiscing about all the happy moments that we have lived throughout these years.    🎸 The day ended with a Summer Party full of good food, fun and cheer at our #DavinesGroupVillage, where a group of colleagues entertained the rest of the guests with an exclusive live music performance.  #DavinesGroupRegeneration #DavinesGroupPeople #DavinesGoodLifeForAll #BCorp

👋 At Davines Group, we strongly believe in the importance of welcoming newcomers and doing our best to make them feel a part of our #community right from the start. For this reason we organise collective experiences during the onboarding process of new employees that we call 'The Beginning of Wonder'. 🌍 Last week we had the joy of having over in Parma 18 new colleagues from Paris, London, Hong Kong and many more cities across the world.  Our CEO Anthony Molet, Chairman Davide Bollati, and Board Member Stefania Bollati kicked off this special experience with a breakfast and met every new component of our team in person. The onboarding continued with a tour of our production and logistics department, a meeting with the R&D team and a visit to our EROC centre, together with Research Director Dario Fornara. They also were able to immerse themselves in our culture and explore the city. 💫 We're glad to have you on board and we're so excited for what's to come. ⛑️ To celebrate the importance of creating a health and safety culture to reduce the number of work-related injuries, last week we held our 2024 Safety Day.  🦺 Divided into 3 groups, our production, logistics, maintenance, quality control and R&I teams took part in playful activities and group challenges, including resuscitation simulations, safety scavenger hunts, and VR trainings. Immersive exercises like these are a great means to encourage employee interactivity and allow for them to be alerted on the risks and dangers that may occur in the company.  🏆 Activities ended with a prize giving ceremony and a team lunch, to build stronger connections, create memories and share a good dose of laughter.  Thanks to all the participants! #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupRegeneration #DavinesGroupPeople #DavinesGoodLifeForAll #BCorp #SafetyDay

🗓️ Last month, #DavinesNorthAmerica hosted another #Crafted event, to celebrate the importance of culture and education, and share unforgettable moments with its #community.  🍇 The venue chosen for this fourth session was Gundlach Bundschu Winery, the oldest family-owned winery established in 1858 in Sonoma, California. Here, 320 acres of land are sustainably hand-farmed in 60 distinct blocks according to the principles of regenerative organic agriculture.  ✂️ 175 members of our Californian community came together in this stunning location to breathe in the beauty of nature, connect with fellow hair enthusiasts, and enjoy the exceptional hair show put on by Davines Artists Julian Perlingiero and Julia Engle Tomczek.  🌿 Guests also had the pleasure of listening to the winery's sustainability manager Meghan Murphy, who explained why regenerative organic farming is so crucial for the health of our planet and for us all. Later, ettitude Founder and CEO Phoebe Yu intervened and shared her expertise on material science and sustainable lifestyle. 🎨 We're glad to have had the opportunity to share yet another special and inspiring moment with our community, in the name of beauty, art, culture, and craftsmanship.  #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupRegeneration #DavinesGroupPeople #DavinesGoodLifeForAll #BCorp #ROC

☀️ This year, the [ comfort zone ] tribe met up for the 2024 #SummerParty - two days to spend quality time together and share new and exciting upcoming projects. 🌳 Six years ago, on the 2nd of July, Gianni and Silvana Bollati planted a tree in the #DavinesGroupVillage gardens, to mark its inauguration. 🫂 The whole Bollati family, including Stefania Bollati and Davide Bollati, reunited under this special tree to celebrate a new beginning and to open the doors of the house of sustainable beauty, a virtuous architectural project that truly embodies the Davines Group's values.  🏡 The idea was to develop a place that would reinterpret the archetypes of traditional Italian houses in a contemporary way, thus reinforcing our strong family roots.  🌱 Six years later, the tree has grown and the whole Village is lushly blooming, just like our #community, which is now larger and more diverse than ever, open to the world and to a more regenerative future.  #DavinesGroup #DavinesGroupRegeneration #DavinesGroupPeople #DavinesGoodLifeForAll
