“I have worked under Yogi's leadership for 4 years and throughout this journey I have only realized how privileged I have been to have had such great guidance and mentorship. He is very approachable and available at all times. Yogi is very co-operative and participative and gives a feeling of belongingness to his team. In spite of being at senior Director role, he is always WITH his team. I have witnessed him being already present in office premises and last one to leave if there was ever a need to work during odd hours/weekend and his team was working. He also possesses a great quality of presenting his opinion and respecting other's at the same time which helps in better decision making, growth of the team and project at the end. His feedbacks have been very meaningful and have helped me grow as an individual and professional. The blend of exceptional managerial skills, ability to build a positive work environment and a wonderful human being make Yogi a great asset to any organisation.”
