You're planning to start a new project. How can you ensure it stays on track?
Few thoughts ... 1. Start with the WHY - Clear Purpose / Aim 2. Define the Process - Ensure all understand the bigger picture [ Clarity / Communication is the Key ] 2. Set OKR and define expectations 3. Defined the contributers outcome through RACI metrics also set PLAN-B to factor unseen risks 4. Have a regular connect in person or calls [ Stand ups / Scrum calls ] to track progress [ 2 weeks ] 5. Be ready to offer realtime feedback 6. Ensure learnings are tracked and embedded into culture through double loop learning mechanism

In my experience 1. Understand the business - Business drivers - Business model 2. Translate Business drivers to HR intents [ goals ] 3. Prepare policies / processes & FAQ documents based on the HR intents mapped 4. Execute it with metrics 5. Continuously, do the ground check using Surveys & feedbacks

Setting & continuously tracking [ no micromanagement ] realistic expectations in the form of input [ effort ,energy & time & outcome ] deliverables [ impact & value ]. 2. Frequent check-ins [ Ensure belonginess & inclusion ] using touch point sessions & meetings 3. Continuous feedbacks through coaching 4. Provide various platform [ technology as an enabler ] to Learn and Grow
