Personalize each email according to the recipient. It shows effort and genuine interest in the role. 2️⃣ Keep It Brief: Recruiters often have limited time to go through each application.     On this special day, I want to take a moment to celebrate my journey with Grassik Search Pvt Ltd.! Here’s a trip down the memory lane. I got associated with Grassik Search Pvt Ltd. two years back. I still remember a day prior to joining I was all jittery, as I was starting to work again after a sabbatical of 3.5 years! I had so many mixed emotions but I must say, Grassik as an organization provides so much of warmth, comfort, belongingness to their people and fosters an environment of positivity and collaboration. It doesn’t matter which vertical or team you belong to, everyone is always ready to help each other. One thing which I learnt on the very first day is – No question is a silly question, you can ask as many questions as you want and no one is going to judge you. In fact, if we don’t ask questions then we are definitely going to be judged. Second important lesson that I learnt - we should always keep challenging ourselves and raise the bar higher and higher. One of the things, Dr. Thakur says – Whatever work we are doing, we are building a brand for ourselves. So always take the onus in what you do. People should know you and Grassik should be known because of the people who work here. The culture of the organization is built by the people and I would definitely like to highlight that by virtue, I have an opportunity to work with the best people in Grassik. People here not only offer you professional or work advice but also act like ‘Therapist’ when you are in dire need of motivation or at times just need someone to lend an ear. No advice or questions asked in return. Finally, I would like to say that I have seen my lows and highs in the last two years and I know that Grassik stood strong by my side and I look forward to many more work anniversaries with this company because not many people can say that they don’t get MONDAY BLUES! I feel fortunate enough to be part of this journey and will always hold gratitude in my heart that Grassik happened to me.

    Play the cards that you're dealt. Yet another brilliant piece by Dr. Rajeev Thakur

    “YOU HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO PLAY THE CARDS YOU ARE DEALT”   Metaphorically speaking, "playing the cards you are dealt" refers to the idea of making the best out of the circumstances or resources you have, even if they are not ideal. We have to accept that God is one hell of a smart croupier. It’s never what he deals that makes you a winner. It’s how you play what he deals that decides your destiny. He never wants a loser & yet he never dishes out an easy win. So no matter what you are dealt, never throw in your cards. In life, we are all dealt different circumstances, advantages and disadvantages. Just like in a card game, we can't control the hand we're given, but we can control how we react to it and how we make strategic decisions moving forward. Play the hand you are dealt with all the resources at your disposal—your skills, your courage, your will & most of all with the hope that losing is more difficult than winning, if you fight. In the end, even if you do lose, make losing very difficult. A multitude of people fail to recognise a simple facet of life. Winners aren’t recognised by their win but by what they overcame to win. In the cyclic movement of our lives, winners are known to fight back from the troughs. Despondency, helplessness & passivity are a curse of the weak. As Cheryl Strayed, the American Podcast Host says “You don’t have a right to the cards you believe you should have been dealt with. You have an obligation to play the hell out of the ones you’re holding.” Ultimately, "playing the cards you are dealt" encourages resilience, adaptability and a focus on making the best choices given the circumstances, rather than dwelling on what could have been or what we wish we had. #fightback #playingisimportant #winningattitude #playatallcost

    Three years ago, I embarked on an exciting journey with Grassik, and today, I am thrilled to celebrate this significant milestone. It's hard to believe how quickly time has flown by, but the experiences I've gathered during these years have been nothing short of remarkable. When I first joined Grassik, I was filled with a mix of anticipation and eagerness. The sense of camaraderie and support within the Grassik family is truly exceptional.
