On July 23, 2024, Digit Insurance hosted its first-ever rewards and recognition ceremony, organized by the Direct POSP team (D20 Channel). This event celebrated our top business partners and welcomed new partners onboard. It was a groundbreaking initiative by the POSP team to honor their hard work and dedication.   The ceremony was led by Vivek Chaturvedi (CMO and Head of Direct Sales) and Mukesh Yadav (AVP Direct Marketing) with all RMs, TLs, and managerial team members in attendance. The event was very well received and included our first townhall meeting, where upper management directly connected with RMs, addressing their concerns and boosting their morale. Going forward, this ceremony will be a regular event, growing larger each time to celebrate the outstanding contributions of our partners in an even more grand and memorable way. #DigitInsurance #POSP #OnwardandUpward
