We help our clients achieve their branding, marketing, and communications goals.

About us

Elleg with its focus on the built environment – practitioners, designers, clients, brands, and the wider community – contribute to celebrating and acknowledging their visions with brand stories and shares it with the world through websites and social media. Founded in the year 2018, it believes in the fact that companies without a media strategy (and many that do) don’t have clear strategic goals for what they want to achieve online in terms of gaining new clientele or building deeper relationships with existing ones. And if you don’t have goals– you likely don’t put enough resources to reach the goals and you don’t evaluate through analytics whether you’re achieving those goals. We help you solve this puzzle through the right response channels for you. We make businesses harness the real power of digital marketing to increase leads, grow sales, and re-create branding experience.

🚩 A Cautionary Tale: Our Experience with Jitendra Arya At Elleg, we pride ourselves on fostering a professional and ethical work environment. Recently, we had an unfortunate experience with an intern, Jitender Arya, that we feel compelled to share to prevent other organizations from facing similar issues. Our Experience with Jitender Arya Jitender Arya interned with Elleg for three months. During this period, we dedicated significant resources to help him develop his skills. However, our time with him revealed several serious concerns: 1. Portfolio Theft: Jitender misappropriated our portfolio and used it to secure freelance gigs while still working with us. 2. Negative Behavior: He frequently spoke negatively about Elleg and its founders and even attempted to persuade other employees to leave the company. 3. Unprofessional Departure: Jitender left Elleg without serving any notice period and did not inform us even a day in advance. 4. Misrepresentation: The portfolio he presented to others likely includes work that is not his own but rather stolen from our company. 5. Lack of Professionalism: Jitender consistently displayed unprofessional behavior, including not answering calls, messages, and emails; logging in late; sleeping during working hours; doing freelance work during office hours; and failing to complete work by deadlines. Our Responsibility as Employers At Elleg, we believe it is our duty to maintain the integrity of our professional environments. Jitender’s actions demonstrated a lack of work ethics, professionalism, and respect for our company culture. We share this information to assist other organizations in making informed decisions and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Thank you for taking the time to read about our experience. The Elleg Team
