Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Arrives in India on July 13; Here Are the Details, Including the Locations, Featured Pocket Monsters and More

Pokemon GO Fest 2024 is coming to India on July 13 and 14, bringing with it a diverse range of new elements, bonuses, rewards, and particular Pokemon. Players can look forward to special research tasks, exclusive encounters, over 70 unique and custom Pokemon, new avatars, and more during the two days. The event will commence on July 13 at 10:00 AM and wrap up on July 14 at 6:00 PM. Learn about the locations you can visit, the featured Pokemon you might come across, and more below.

Featured Pokemon and Events

Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma are set to debut worldwide in Pokemon GO, and Trainers will have a chance to catch Necrozma in its base form or try their hand at Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma through raids. Trainers participating in those raids will also acquire Solar Fusion Energy and Lunar Fusion Energy.

There will also be exclusive field research tasks and bonuses with particular Pokemon appearing in four different habitats. These habitats will rotate hourly so that everyone can have a go at them. Moreover, each Pokemon that appears in the wild on the first day will do the same on the second day without rotation. Also, there are special habitat-themed Field Research Tasks with rewards such as the Alolan Greeting Pose and Marshadow T-shirt.

How to participate in Pokemon GO Fest 2024

Participation in the Pokemon GO Fest is open to everyone, free of cost. However, for those seeking special bonuses, tickets can be purchased from the in-game shop or Pokemon GO Web Store for INR 439. Ticket holders will enjoy special encounters, such as Pikachu wearing Sun Tiara and Pikachu Wearing Moon Tiara.

To participate in the event, you just need to head to any of the locations listed above and start the event from your Pokemon GO app. Additionally, there will be no remote raid limits, and the lure module will be available for an hour between July 12 and July 14.

Pokemon GO Storage Upgrades

In other news, Niantic has introduced an update to enhance your experience for Pokemon GO Fest 2024. The storage limit for Pokemon has been increased by 500, and the Item Bag Capacity has increased by 500. These upgrades, available from the in-game shop, will equip players with the necessary space and items to fully enjoy the 70 unique Pokemon they might encounter during Pokemon GO Fest 2024.
