Naturally Leavened, Neapolitan pizza

 

Our pizzas are 100 percent naturally leavened using a sourdough starter instead of commercial yeast. Following a 72 hour fermentation process, our homemade dough is topped and Then baked at over 800 degrees in an Italian wood oven.

We let quality ingredients speak for themselves. From our pizzas to our salads, nearly every Il Leone ingredient comes from either Maine organic farms or Italy.
