While the Olympic Games in Paris are underway, ICL's Winning Torch Relay has completed its journey for global unity. 🏆 Our torch traversed the globe from the lowest place on Earth, the Dead Sea, to distant shores, symbolizing the connection among our employees worldwide. 🌍 For each kilometer run by our employees, $10 was pledged to support noble causes. Together, we raised funds for prosperity, peace, and food security—our commitment to a brighter tomorrow. Our journey spanned countries and hearts, one step and one pledge at a time. We are thrilled to expand our specialty plant #nutrition footprint in North America with the acquisition of Custom Ag Formulators (CAF), a North American leader in customized agricultural formulations and products for growers, for approximately $60 million. 🎉 This strategic acquisition marks our second Growing Solutions expansion in 2024, reinforcing our commitment to providing tailored solutions and enhancing our specialty plant nutrition offerings. A New ✅ for ICL: Announcing the Grand Opening of our Food Specialty Plant in China! We’re thrilled to share our latest milestone – a significant expansion in the heart of the Greater Shanghai area. Located in the thriving Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, our new food ingredient plant is set to enrich local business landscapes and excite the China food market with superior taste and texture while providing clean-label solutions. We were honored to have Mr. Zhang, SVP at Yurun Group, one of China's largest meat companies, and Mayor Cai Jianfeng of Zhangjiagang City, grace our ceremony with their presence and inspiring words. A very special thank you to our distinguished guests Vice Mayor Lu Chongmin and Vice Park Director Gu Weibin, and to Philip Brown, Rony Shamir, Min Li, Rado Sporka, Reiner Exner, Jessica Erlewein, and our incredible Project and Food team at ICL who made this possible.
