With a background in Biochemistry, Alizée started her career in California studying cardiovascular diseases. When coming back to France, she transitioned to consulting in order to help companies make a different by innovating in a more impact and ecosystem driven way. She now leads Consulting at Hello Tomorrow, with a deep focus on Health, Food and Biotech enabled innovations.

For the past 13 years, Vincent worked at the interface of research, innovation, and business, as a particle physics PhD, a strategy consultant, and an Entrepreneur in Residence for a startup studio.

Thomas has an engineering background in Computer Science but spent most of the past 15 years working with innovative companies as a consultant in innovation financing, international development and most recently managing startup challenges.

With a professional background in PR and community building, Kelly brings over 6 years of experience working with startups and corporation clients in APAC and globally through the Google For Startups network. She facilitated collaborations between community leaders and corporate innovation clients, driving growth for startups worldwide. At Hello Tomorrow she manages Partner relations and the network of HT’s partner Hubs.

With over 15 years of experience in event organization in the automotive and financial sectors, Myriam joined Hello Tomorrow to put her skills to work in service of projects that are anchored towards society’s evolution, as she cares to be part of the deep tech revolution.

Selma has always been passionate about innovative ideas and entrepreneurship. With a background in finance and previous experiences in private equity and investment banking, she joined Hello Tomorrow as a Deep Tech Investor Network Coordinator to engage the community of investors.

Passionate about innovation, Peupedje has spent a large part of his 7-year career in strategy and innovation consulting, working for major groups, local authorities and start-ups alike, which has enabled him to acquire the rigor and flexibility needed to support all types of projects. Over the years, Peupedje has specialized in supporting innovative start-ups, helping dozens of them with fund-raising, strategy and ecosystem issues, as well as launching partnerships with major corporations.
Building on this expertise, Peupedje joined Hello Tomorrow to manage the Global Challenge as well as the development of the Deep Tech Pioneers network, in order to promote and support these start-ups which are helping to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

He has experience in consulting and investment banking focusing on the energy, pharmaceutics and telecom industries. Additionally, Orlando has previously worked in the Deep tech VC industry investing in Fund Managers such as SOSV, Accel and Khosla Ventures.

Aakanksha Pathak is a master’s student in “International Business Studies” at Université de Bourgogne. She has a medical/biotech background. Before moving to France, She was working in India in the additive manufacturing industry (3D printing) for 5 years. She carries a unique mix of healthcare and industrial manufacturing experience. In her current role at Hello Tomorrow as a Global Challenge & Startup Network Intern, she scouts and assists in developing the deep-tech ecosystem.

Rita Shieh is an MSc student in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at EDHEC Business School and has a background in Global Business Management. Before moving to France, she had experiences in Microsoft Taiwan and Hult Prize Foundation, an organization associated with impactful student startups. In her current role at Hello Tomorrow as a Global Challenge & Startup Network Intern, she scouts and assists in developing the deep-tech ecosystem.

Carolina has a decade of experience in foresight and innovation management across a range of sectors including IT, hospitality, media, and entertainment. During this time, she successfully led innovation teams and played a pivotal role in developing user-centric products and services. In 2021, Carolina pivoted to consulting by joining Quantis, the environmental science arm of BCG. Here, she played a key role in structuring the innovation team and spearheading innovation-driven consulting projects aimed at supporting the sustainable transformation of key industry players in the food, cosmetics and fashion sectors.

Drawing from a multifaceted background encompassing both engineering and strategy consulting, Yeye has committed, in recent years, to spearheading innovations in Industry 4.0, digitalization strategy, and supply chain resilience, with extensive experience across diverse industries, particularly in automotive, transport and luxury. Spanning assignments across Europe, Asia, and the US, Yeye brings a global perspective to her work, enriching her insights and solutions with diverse cultural experiences and industry perspectives. She joins Hello Tomorrow with a strong interest in deep tech innovation, eager to use her skills to facilitate collaboration between startups and industry leaders in the ecosystem.

Lucas holds one Master’s degree in Nanotechnology and another one in Scientific Technology and Innovation. He has several research experiences in France and Denmark. He has worked at Hello Tomorrow in consulting, event organisation, business and partnerships development for more than 5 years and he is now focusing on technologies in the energy and climate mitigation sectors. He practices martial arts, enjoys gangster movies and beach trips and is always down to discuss scientific / technologic and geopolitical topics.

Alba has a background in aerospace engineering, and is currently pursuing a specialized course about Climate Change & Sustainable Investing. After some time in the aerospace industry, she decided to go for new adventures focused on innovation and joined the Hello Tomorrow team, first as a Startup Analyst and now as a Consultant.

Alberto has experience in implementing cross-border collaboration projects, organizing international events and institutional relations in the field of innovation, He is motivated by the power of sharing knowledge and working actively on community building.

After a MSc. in Materials science, Marwan joined one of the most prestigious masters of innovation in France. At Hello Tomorrow, he helps clients nurture an innovation mindset and stimulate creativity among employees to set up a portfolio of innovation projects. He is also Hello Tomorrow’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Mobility and Aerospace

A recent graduate from a master’s in International Management at the IAE of Bordeaux, Emma joins Hello Tomorrow after working in Mergers & Acquisitions, and coming from the diverse experiences of living in Taiwan, studying in Spain and working in the Netherlands, to work on significantly impacting society.

Mariona holds a degree in Human Biology and is specialized in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Industries through a master’s degree. She worked with big pharmaceutical companies carrying out projects for a range of portfolios from different areas of health. Her passion for human and planetary health made her join Hello Tomorrow to leverage the power of novel and disruptive technologies.

Federico’s background is a mix of science and Business: after training as an agronomist and specialising in enology & viticulture, he joined the Master in Management program in one of France’s most prestigious Business Schools.  After working in a global Venture Capital fund, Federico joined Hello Tomorrow to support the deep tech community, leveraging his knowledge to help kickstarting the deep tech revolution and change the world to a better version of itself. 

With a mixed background in science and business, Mingxiu has completed the business analytics and corporate finance tracks at ESSEC Business School. She has gained valuable experience across cosmetics, luxury & fashion, food, manufacturing industry from top consulting firms and the beauty conglomerate L’Oréal, where she developed analytical skills, consumer centric insights and a strategic mindset.

Juan has a background in industrial engineering and has focused on the development of innovation strategies and corporate-startups collaboration programs. He has lead the expansion of tech companies in Latin America and developed living labs for open innovation in Europe.

With a degree in development studies, Lois has 5+ years of project management experience within organizations promoting innovative, bottom-up solutions to solve environmental and social issues. At Hello Tomorrow, she has previously managed the Global Challenge and startup community. Today, she aspires to support startups even further by contributing to the development of tailored startup programs.

Idris has a background in hospitality and restaurant management, entrepreneurship, startups acceleration and growth, and business development, primarily in the deep tech agri-food sector. He joined Hello Tomorrow to work on the development of international partnerships.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jhanvi is currently advancing her education with a Master’s in Management Grand Ecole from HEC Paris. Drawing on her extensive experience with startups and venture capital gained through leadership roles in entrepreneurial cells during both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, she has joined Hello Tomorrow to deepen her involvement in the entrepreneurial landscape

Lauri has a background in digital transformation, open innovation and marketing communications. He has acquired experience in Finland, the Netherlands and France. Motivated by perfectly carried out marketing strategies and meaningful business ideas. He is passionate about changing the status quo and co-creating value with Hello Tomorrow’s partners and community members.

Florence has studies in social sciences and an MSc in energy and climate policy. Naturally drawn to writing and storytelling around global issues and impactful solutions, she helps to advance Hello Tomorrow’s brand and communities through crafting content and communication strategies.

Hungarian by origin, Venezuelan by birth, Mexican by ‘adoption’, Gabriela brings to Hello Tomorrow 15+ years of experience as a creative strategist across a wide range of sectors and projects, holding a B.A. in Graphic Design and a master’s in Arts and Culture Management. A passionate life-long learner; a chocolate-addicted dog-loving over-thinker.

Isabella has a Masters in communication and a Bachelor’s in graphic design. Using both expertises she is able to use her skills transversally and is always eager to improve each of these skills. She’s lived on this side of the pond for nearly 5 years and has held a variety of jobs working in communication and design across different sectors.

With a background in linguistics and finance, Clàudia started her career working in sustainable development and CSR consulting. After working as a translator and conference interpreter for several years in many countries, she decided to take on a new adventure and joined the Hello Tomorrow events team. Deeply committed to our mission and to bringing as much value as possible to all of Hello Tomorrow’s stakeholders, she leads the Finance, Administration and Legal team.

Riadh Shaiek is an experienced Investment professional with 20+ years of experience backing, advising and operating businesses. He has a strong history of working in the VC industry, where he demonstrated his ability to source, select high potential targets and support portfolio companies scale-up. His experience covers a wide range of deep tech sectors such as Agrifood, Manufacturing, Mobility, Energy and Healthcare. Riadh holds a master’s degree from AgroParisTech and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

A result-driven and customer-focused professional with a demonstrated history of working in the business, commercial and marketing sectors within an international environment, Adam has a customer centric mindset and strong experience with relationship management, as well as quota carrying sales roles, selling disruptive technologies at the Enterprise and VP level. With a strong hunter mindset, always looking to push boundaries.

Passionate about human relations, Bianca grew in her career as an HR professional in big, complex, multicultural companies. Motivated to drive the potential of people and businesses to thrive together with her purpose to create a positive impact in the world, Hello Tomorrow was the perfect match. Bianca joined as the very first full-time member of our People team, with lots of energy and ready to take on the challenge. As a lifelong learner, she believes there are always opportunities to expand her horizons.

Rainbow is an experienced professional in the field of Chemistry, Nanomaterials and Biotechnology with over 9 years of hands-on project and research experience in Europe, the US and China. With specialised expertise in industrial biotechnology, new materials and climate change mitigation, her focus is on sustainable solutions to enable a circular economy and bioeconomy, such as renewable carbon. At Hello Tomorrow, Rainbow analyses deep tech trends using various indicators, and provides strategic technological insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. She is also building an international network of Deep Tech leaders to support the implementation of high-impact initiatives.

As an experienced multidisciplinary researcher with a strong background in medical devices, neurostimulation, electrochemistry, cancer biology & AI, Prabhakar is passionate about novel technologies, curious & motivated people, commitment to medical advancements, especially at the frontiers of life science & AI. His contribution at Hello Tomorrow focuses on evaluating deep tech & emerging trends, strategic advisory & roadmaps for innovative solutions, networking & cross-pollinating with experts community.

An International MBA graduate with 5 years of diverse experience in Agribusiness and Financial Industries across emerging markets, Hadis has proven expertise in corporate banking, international accounting support, and business leadership. Currently serving as a Financial and Administrative Officer at Hello Tomorrow, she is passionate about advancing innovative deep tech initiatives and promoting sustainable solutions for global progress.

After a MBA 2 in Business Law, Joséphine joins Hello Tomorrow for a apprenticeship. Passionate about contracts, she decided to join HT in order to have an international experience, and deep skills about business contracts, also managing the GDPR aspect.
