x89 hasn't updated this script in a long time.

If you are having problems with this very old script. My own fork with updates I provided myself works fine as of this date.

Any improvements you wish to submit to my own fork will be checked and accepted as necessary.

Please note however that I stopped using Reddit a long time ago (and you should too) but have still tested and maintain my own fork from time-to-time.

Hey man, thank you for doing this. I have an old linux vm from 4 years ago and the original Shreddit was working great there.

But I just couldn't get it to work on my new linux vm. Thing was borked.

I'm watching your fork in action now, beautifully shredding old comments.

Thank you for updating this, and keeping it alive! :-D

My pleasure. I don't use Reddit any more but I will maintain this script so at least people can scrub their history from there, which I think everyone should do if they choose to still use the site for what-ever reason.

EDIT: Accidentally closed this. I recommend setting it to run on a cron job btw, I used to have it run every 72 hours but then I didn't comment much.
