PWETF may consider adding "Micromanaging" under "3.2 Unacceptable Behavior"

Here's my suggestion, which can be customized for W3C Groups:

Micromanaging: Constantly checking up on someone's work or insisting on doing things a certain way, suggesting that the person can't be trusted to do their job correctly.

Example: This person might alsobe reluctante to delegate tasks. Despite each team member having a specific role, this individual insists on doing or redoing tasks themselves, believing that only they can perform them correctly. This could involve taking over tasks such as data analysis or report writing, which were assigned to other team members.

Impact: Such behavior can lead to a stressful environment and undermine the confidence and productivity of the team.
The team cannot communicate their concerns and work towards a more collaborative and trusting work dynamic.
