(I am trying to translate the document, and this clarifies various things that are underpinned by assumptions that can be ambiguous).
What exactly do we mean by "personal attacks" in the section on undesirable behaviours?
Is this rhetorical devices like attacks "ad hominem" (asserting some fault on the part of a person, used in argument to discredit their argument by implying their personal faults discredit proposals they make)?
Is it assault, or disparaging comments about people's choices (lifestyle, religion, etc)? Those are IMHO already covered elsewhere in the section.
Or something else again?
