Cmd+A (select all) does not work when all text is formatted

Description

Normally pressing Cmd+A multiple times should select all blocks, but it doesn't work if all text in rich text is a link or bold.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Have a couple of blocks. Make all text in one paragraph bold. Try pressing Cmd+A twice. It will not select all blocks.
