Description

According to PHP Documentation Standards. need to correct the placement of @since tag in Php Docs in packages/e2e-tests/plugins/class-test-widget.php

@since should add before @param & @return

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Go to packages/e2e-tests/plugins/class-test-widget.php File
  2. you will able to see wrong placement of @since tag in php documentation.
