Description

This issue is already mentioned and describe here - https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/61204

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Add or Edit page in backend
Select a page Template with long name or click on Template
Click on Create new template
Add a long template name and click on Create button.
Now go back from template and check edit page selected Template UI
