can't add a custom CSS class to a page list item

Description

Page List iIems have an Advanced section with has a Additional CSS Class(es) setting. However, typing something in that field is not saved when the post or template/template-part (in Site Editor) is saved.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. in site editor, edit a template/template-part and add a Navigation block (e.g., with a Page List block child)
2. select one of the Page List Item blocks
3. in the Advanced section, enter something in the Additional CSS Class(es) field
4. save the template/template-part
5. select the the Page List Item you added the class to and note that it has no additional class(es)

The same can be done in the post editor with the same results.

here's a screengrab showing that the Save button doesn't become enabled when typing something in the Additional CSS Class(es) field, which suggests that somewhere the block isn't sensing that that field's value has changed.
