Excerpt support link points to a redirected url

Description

In the Excerpt tab within the post side-panel, there is a link which points to an redirected help article link.

Titled: 'Learn more about manual excerpts' points to https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-sidebar/#excerpt

The user is then redirected to the final url: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/page-post-settings-sidebar/#excerpt as this support directory has been moved.

Edit a Post
Click 'copy link' on the 'Learn more about manual excerpts' link as shown above.
Compare this with the final url.
