Display locale string on Online Workshops in calendar

Now that we can add the locale to all Online Workshops, we should display it on the event in the calendar. Here's a mockup I made in the browser inspector:

Prepending the locale string like that should be sufficient, but maybe it needs more spacing? This can be done however we like, but since the calendar comes from a separate plugin on .org, we won't be able to edit the calendar display itself and will have to insert this with a filter, so it depends what filters are available to us.
