Tile servers URLs look like they contain unique identifiers, and proxy-ign.openstreetmap.fr has gotten caught in the net. This reverse proxy checks for a correct Referer header, so that should be set too.

hmm, that is unfortunate that it checks for a referer header. We could add this to the cookie block list but that will also strip the referer header which means it still won't work. We have no way of manually adding things to a whitelist. The one thing that I can think of is for openstreemap.fr to post our DNT policy to their website, then privacy badger won't block it.
