Another test case is this site:
http://www.sportschau.de/uefaeuro2016/audios/audio-gelddruckmaschine-em---wie-die-uefa-ihre-euro-vermarktet-100.html

Here the audio doesn't play when "ondemand-ww.wdr.de" is blocked.
