  1. Fight over the couch by using anything you can think of as weapon to attack the last poster with. Warning you can not attack the person that just took you off the couch someone else must take them off for you to continue. I've got the couch

  3. Every time I use the skill menu I get a crash to desktop. I can get away with it if I sit very slowly and let each movie play one at a time, but even then it can still get sketchy. I looked into it and there are a number of other people who have the same issue. (There's a thread on the steam forums for it. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) the culprit is the preview movies themselves. A mod that replaces the movies with a lower quality smaller video, or preferably just disables them all together would make a huge difference to me and I believe others mind find it useful. I was actually attempting to do it myself, but I'm pretty out of my depth. I believe the videos are in the pak archive below, natives/stm/appsystem/gui/prefab/skillmovie/ but what to replace them with to make sure its compatible with the game, and does break anything, or an efficient way to replace all of them, all seem above my skill set, even with a decent portion of my night dedicated to researching how to do so. Please let me know if this is something someone could/would do, as it would fix the biggest issue I have with the game so far. Thank you for reading at least!
  4. I've just made a short video as a little thank you for all the great modders that made these wonderful creatures. Low resolution, my graphics adapter can't give more  Song is a well known Irish Traditional, vocals and three guitars played by me. Enjoy.
  5. I'm a big fan of open source software. Mainly because I don't have a lot of money to spend. I did some research into open source video editors and in the end, I chose blender. I'm not much for words so here's a series of great tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjyuVPBuorqIhlqZtoIvnAVQ3x18sNev4 Blender's website: https://www.blender.org/
  6. Just wanted to share my game play with everyone. If you enjoy, subscribe. I will be uploading daily.
  7. Hello! I just got Adobe Premiere recently, and I've been playing around and having some fun with it. At the moment, I'm working on a short fallout montage with some cinematic shots and music. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get good camera angles and shots. I do know the basic tm, tfc, fov, sgtm, and all that good stuff. My main wonderment is how do you get good free camera angles while moving your character around? And while I'm on that note, how do you get animated shots of NPCs? I would also like to know if anyone knows how to get good large rotating/panning shots, and clean, stable player movement when working in first person. This is a very well done montage here: can anyone tell me how he got those amazing angles and camera movements? Thanks!
  8. Hope everyone had a great Christmas, I sure did but am now left with an upgrade prob. Just need a few opinions. I run a Sapphire Dual X R9 270X (Radeon) and cant complain about, it works great but not getting fps should be so am planning on upgrade. Mainly only play FO4 (255mods) or watch movies but hold of a 2160P movie (57GB) and outta 6 players, only VLC will even attempt to show it. I know... 2160 on a 1080 not a good practice. But question is.... I am going to get a new card before i get a new TV for sure, so if going towards the top end of the line, just how important is 4K in a card if only have a 1080 screen and hope to use for another year before swapping it out? I dont wanna skimp on but a Titan would be too much though a GeForce GTX 1080 could be done. Basically asking if that would be considered overkill and should get a lesser card and use saved money to upgrade MB or CPU with. I do plan on a whole complete re-vamp of system soon so kinda leaning towards a keepable video card. As said... opinions anyone? Specs are: I7 860 Quad@ 3.67 Asus P7P55D-E PRO 16GB Ripjaw Sapphire Dual X R9 270X Win10Pro64bit 16TB on 6 drives Corsair RM1000 PS Corsair H100I GTX water cooling 42" 1080p Phillips TV
  9. Hey guys, I want to start a gaming channel on youtube. I wont do a Let's Play channel, cause there are enough. I want to do background information about games, characters, monsters and all that stuff. I am just a student on university, so I don't have much time to play all the games. It would be awesome if there is someone, who shares his uncommented gameplay with me. If you are intrested in creating a new and great channel about games than message me ;) [email protected]
  10. Hi fellow mod users. I put a little video together to highlight the beauty of Fallout 4, its not intended for mass viewing but for us few PC mod users and creators (personal and public mod creators) who appreciate the beauty in modding and the worlds we can augment through modding and the emotion of Fallout 4 and all of the Fallout universe really. Making this video using basic edit stuffs made me think back all the way to earlier Fallouts and all the hours we all expended finding something in the Fallout universe. I also paid homage to fan music covers of the fallout themes rather than using the (inferior) official ones. I hope this inspires you public mod producers by showing you that your work helps to create a beautiful universe out of a game and that its appreciated and valued. I think elegance and beauty are the purest aspects of moding, where with the aim of making something more beautiful we decide to make an imperfect game into something better for ourselves and others. Also this first humble video I made of Fallout 4 was without an ENB, I dont use ENBs because they cause issues, use up too much of my PC's Action Points :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: and cause graphical unbalances with other mods but I do use realistic light enhancements. Also is there a list somewhere compiled yet for Fallout 4 (like there was for FO3 and NV) of all the graphics mods that go together for the purest graphical experience? I remember such being on the FO3 and FNV forums.
  11. I know that it is nearly impossible to code Poker into Fallout New Vegas, but what about video poker? That's basically a slot machine with a modicum of skill. Would that be at all possible?
  12. Alright, so I want to make a random video within FNV, and I wanted to give this NPC my voice, and then record him speaking (lets say sitting on a legde or next to a campfire). I'd activate him, and in the conversation window would select the line that he'd speak. The dialogue exits, I go into TFC and disable the hud, and after 5 or 10 seconds he starts speaking, and that's it. Then I'd talk to him again, and select the next line, etc. I know how to create and place an NPC into the world, but how do I make him sit, or how on earth can I script the selectable dialogue I mentioned above? Any help would be appreciated!
  13. Who would have thought just "Three" Retexture mods and some reshade/enb will make this game look soooooooooo damn GOOD! I know there are ppl out there with even better looking skyrims..s..???.. but the one I'm having right now is quite impressive if i do say so myself B-] Btw, any1 able to figure out how to become a vampire on the special edition yet? vampire spells aint turning me even when i took 320 dmg non stop from em' I'm lvl 40 and still not doing the greybeards quest yet @_@ #hookedonsideQs Collected 3 dragon priest masks soo far and found some flute in the "icy sex dungeon" where some guy reanimates chicks and ???? [thats fked up] any idea what do i do with that flute?? IF y'all got a good lookin modded skyrim drop some pics. I'd like to see how far has modding gone. 14. How cool would it be to have working movies for your settlers in Starlight Drive-in? My idea stems from Eden Meadows Cinemas and how there are working projectors with intro movies playing. However, I always thought that the intro was boring and too short. I know that with Nuka World they have animated video clips that are used on the displays for the machines so it is possible to import videos of some kind into the game. I would love to create a quest that has you go out and search for holodisks that hold movies on them that can then be put into a projector that you build and then played at say Starlight Drive-In or wherever you want. I'm not sure if Eden Meadows is the actual screen itself that changes or perhaps an invisible texture with the video on it that is displayed directly in front of the wall, or if it is actually the projector itself doing all the work somehow as I have not tried my hand at modding at all for this game and have no idea where to even start. I know there are many public domain movies that could be used, and they don't even need to be very long, 20-30 minutes or longer if the filesize doesn't change much (I'm assuming they maybe import these videos as flash files? but I'm not sure) and they can be recolored to have less colors (technicolor style) or black and white to fit the genre. The quest would have you meet up with someone who knows about how to get the video systems up and running and has tracked down a collection of holodisks with old videos on them across the commonwealth and he sends you to find them. They can be hidden in obvious locations like Hubris Comics, but they can also be hidden in random factories and office buildings in people's desks or lunchboxes like they were taking them to work to let a friend borrow or something. Each movie will have its own holodisk. I would love to tackle this project myself but as I said, I haven't modded ANYTHING in this game and feel pretty overwhelmed about using the G.E.C.K. (I tried to just replace a texture for something and it was greek to me) so I'm totally fine with someone taking this idea for themself and running with it. If not, point me in a good direction to get started! Let me know if you have any other ideas or comments below.
  15. Scarlet King this video takes place outside of skyrim lore, but if you're interested in that I'd like to make a similar approach to skyrim historical events. 16. Hi guys. I am currently doing a video series, which right now is a lets play but I want to gradually make it feel more like a story. I think I am supposed to put this kind of content in this subforum (please correct me if I am wrong, I didn't see anything specific about this in the guidelines). Also a at the start of this video (and the end of the previous part). There is an issue going on with the magic duel mod. It takes a really really really long time. I was wondering if anyone else had used that mod and if they know what might be up with that. Anyways if you guys do take a look. Thank you for your time. Latest Episode:
  17. So since the latest patch the included the mod ui I have had the weirdest issue I have yet faced. It literally looks like my character dropped some bomb acid. I'm not sure if this is common or not but if any one has ever had this problem or knows how to fix it I would love to hear from you. Thanks for the help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNkXIgr4Eso&feature=youtu.be

  20. Hello to all visitors and mod makers of this site and forum. I have another idea and I wanted ask you, the mod makers, if you can make these love/sex scenes INTERACTIVE so that I can control the whole scene by myself. All the cut scenes are less then 1 minute or few seconds and they are automatic like I would watch short videos. I'd like it to control all the scenes and command my beloved partner what to do with me! I want to "play" in these cut scenes like in normal scenes I'm doing (talking and so on). It's very important that the scenes have to have original voices (no wooden voices and no text-only talks). I've downloaded all the possible love/sex scenes that have to do with Alistair and my male character. I prefer ONLY male characters and of course others prefer females too. You can make mods for females and if possible for males too. Alistair has still a relationship with me (as a male character) and he thinks I'm a girl and we have many times hot scenes   Greetings from Europe.

I have used pretty much every free one, and a few paid ones. Fraps is the better known capture application to most people, and I have the full version of it myself. While it makes nice crisp clear videos because it uses the avi format it eats a lot of disk space. With D3DGear you can choose between formats which in the version shown above in the screen shots offers AVI1, AVI2 (Open DML), and WMV. It also allows for you to use the built in resolutions, or type in your own custom ones as well as to set the frame rate, choose your preferred codecs, quality of the video, threads, and so on. D3DGear unlike a lot of screen capture applications does not eat a lot of system resources or cause your computer or games to lag. I have a lifetime sponsorship with this Programs owner, and I promote them on my site in exchange for helping promote them. I do not promote or endorse anything that I have not tried & used myself. If I have a problem with something I have used or tried, I do not support or promote it. D3DGear is offered in both normal client as well as in a Steam client. I personally use the normal client most myself because I sometimes use the program while not in Steam. I also own it on Steam as well, and I would recommend that anyone interested in it to go for the Steam client as it keeps the program up to date without the need to visit the official site to check for updates. There is also a demo version for those who would like to give it a try before buying it. Official Home Page, http://d3dgear.com/ Demo Version Client, http://www.d3dgear.com/D3DGearSetup.exe Full Normal Version Client (Buy), https://d3dgear.bluesnap.com/jsp/buynow.jsp?contractId=1685606 Steam Client, http://store.steampowered.com/app/372390/ If for any reason you need help with this program you can contact the customer support by one of the following options. Also another great thing I love about D3DGear is the fast response you get when contacting them for help, with questions, and so on. Good customer support is hard to come by these days as most of us already know. Contacting Customer Support Online Form: http://www.d3dgear.com/contact.htm Email: [email protected] Steam Boards: http://steamcommunity.com/app/372390/discussions/ PS: The version shown in the screen shots is not the latest version, but instead the one I currently use. As the saying goes, "If its not broke don't fix it". I do however have the latest version on Steam.
