  1. So, in my own opinion, the Ultra Great Sword class seems to have pretty low Strength stat bonuses, even at +10/+5. Some are fine, like Black Knight Greatsword and Fume UItra Greatsword. But seriously, some UGS don't even go above D Strength at max level. I understand that this is probably meant for online balances, but I usually play PvE (and usually play offline on PC anyways), so UGS seem pretty useless to me, even when I want a pure Strength build. So, not sure if it would be possible, but perhaps there could be a mod or a cheat engine hack that increases a select few UGS stat bonuses? Nothing crazy, but maybe those that have a D str stat at max level could be bumped up to C, or maybe even a B? I would like to see something like the Zweihander, Greatsword, and Cathedral Knight GS get a B at +9 and +10, Lothric Knight GS get a C at +7 - +9 and B at +10 (or perhaps C at +8 - +10, and just keep the Dex bonus at D all the way to max... seriously, why tf does this sword get an increase in DEX bonus, but not strength?!), and maybe even see about Astora GS get a B at +10? Again, this would be great if at all possible. And I'm not exactly an expert at the "bonus parameters" for DS, but I still think it's bizarre that these mighty huge swords are not getting that much of a strength bonus. Anyways, thanks for reading through and hopefully considering this idea
  2. When Bethesda released Fallout Shelter, it become a massive hit. Almost everyone is addicted to it and while all of us are waiting impatiently for Fallout 4 actual release, I personally invest a huge amount of time in Fallout Shelter myself. And there I play everyday at the same time thinking by myself, there's got to be some mechanics or features in Fallout Shelter that's going to be implemented in Fallout 4. For a moment there I was right, the new Settlement building feature is there, but WAIT!! Its a bit different and also very underdeveloped. Like its being rushed out. So here's what I personally found lacking:- You cannot put 1 male and 1 female settler in a room and wait for some cheesy pickup lines until the female one got pregnant. You cannot send a settler that you've overly equip with all the best gear and hoping they'll come back from the Commonwealth with some better ones! (maybe some junks too!!)You cannot see how the settlers interact with each other and sometime where they'll gloat how awesome their child is.You cannot assign settlers to manage water and electrical production, just let you done it all by yourself by simply attach a generator which never runs out of power to supply a water purifier. Total immersion Bethesda!! Next one is how a vault dweller in Fallout Shelter increase their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. I totally love how it works!! Well they'll level up when they travel to the wasteland but for their S.P.E.C.I.A.L its different. I really thought Bethesda is finally gonna change how the S.P.E.C.I.A.L leveling system works. Like in Fallout Shelter:- Do some push-ups/pull-ups to gain Strength. Practice shooting target to increase Perception.Jogging on the treadmill increasing Endurance.Hanging out at the bar to increase Charisma.Studying in the class to raise Intelligence. Gymnastic(maybe) increasing Agility.Gamble in the poker club raising Luck. And there I was still thinking (hoping) that Fallout Shelter is actually made to prepare us for their big one. p/s: This is just some plain idea only, not the in-depth version of how the rate of leveling the S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats yet, just to make sure if this idea actually possible. Thank you!
  3. As we're all familiar, perk points invested in Strength Training also increases (albeit slightly) damage with all melee weapons. Does anyone know where this calculation happens and whether I can modify its' magnitude, or is it hardcoded beyond my control? Either way, many thanks Edit: For clarification, I'm looking to increase the degree to which perks invested into Strength Training will affect melee & unarmed damage from 10%, to say, 100% (just for funsies). But also, knowing how and where other Training perks affect other aspects of gameplay will be helpful for more mod projects I have in mind. So far I've deducted that Training perks ping a Quest stage, which in turns increases the stat that called it by 1, but where are the hidden benefits of each stat actually derived from, and where would I go to modify them? I've thus far been guided to the Formula which causes the effect I'm describing (iDamageStengthBase + (STR * iDamageStrengthMult)), and have been pointed in the direction of Combat Styles, but haven't been able to establish a link between the two. Any further guidance would be appreciated.
  4. I'm using Galsiah's Character Development, which makes the stats and skills much more exciting and sensible than they are in vanilla, I feel. Playing a fighter type, the latest message I got about my strength, upon advancing my axe skill, was "Your strength has increased to 130" - yet the score is, with the Right Fist of Randagulf (which fortifies strength by 20) at that, only 126. I've drank several Restore Strength potions and cast spells, and it doesn't appear that I have taken any strength damage lately: it just stopped there and won't increase anymore. Likewise, there is no drain strength in my magical effects. What could be the problem here?
  5. Is there a mod that give you high damage and give your punch a little more force, like knocks them back futher than normal?
