i created a pole on what trees people like the least in skyrim

A has Spanish culture in hammerfell and B has normal Yokuda culture and north africa

a white skull and crossbones on black background, pirate flag that blows in the wind from pole (standalone)? Additionally, one with the Mad Max symbol? I was wondering if someone could create a mod which gives the player a set of flag based settlement items (flag pole at rest, flag pole animated, flag stand, etc) which correspond to the factions the player is a member of. I know this is included in a lot of settlement mod packs but I would like it on its own, please. Thanks for all your help,
