  1. Hi, I am collecting gold ingots in the game and I would like to display them. Not just throwing on the ground in my house to see them. It would be amazing to make a display pallet for ingots which can be used as a bookshelf. Put the ingots in and the game stacks them nicely. The pallets should be buyable from a vendor(s) or just with the spawn ID. ANd place those pallets wherever I want. I just wanna see my hard earned ingots.   2. Im poor at eng. So i tell u guys my problem simply. When i playing skyrim, suddenly my monitor?display? Whatever, it's gonna be double blured.but, when i back to previous savefile, it's back normally. But soon, double blur again. I did everything i could. i fix ini file radial blur to 0, install no radial blur mod, off the dof(im using conan enb),remove enb... Im fighting with this problem since 4days ago. Im gonna losing my power of willingness...
  3. I was wondering if theres a mod to craft something like those wooden boxes with no lids you see everywhere. I'm making one of my settlements be the hub for all my supply lines and I'm making it be a giant warehouse type of place and I want some boxes to place some things like mutfruit, corn, etc.
  4. I don't know if this is a good place to ask for this but I have been searching for player home in skyrim that has what I want. And I realized I want very specific things. If anyone know of a mod that has this specifically or have the ability to make one I will be immensely grateful. I would make my own but I do not have the time to learn how to and then creat a mod myself. Basically I want this: * One bedroom for me - only for show but It feel good to have one, don't need to be much in there. * Kids bedroom - with minimum of 4 beds, preferrably 6 or more. * Display room - with ALL special item displays and I mean ALL. even necklaces and yes, weapons you get from jarls etc. etc. Really ALLLLLL! * Mannequin room - this is not that necessary but a small number of mannquins, like 15 would be fine, no need for plaques and lots of chests. * Crafting room - alchemy, enchanting and every other crafting station there is. again no need for lots of storage. one chest is enough, takes forever to pick out what you want so I just grab everything and then put it back. thx * The house/home to be compact and not a frickin castle with endless halls and doors, please just everything crammed together in all rooms mentioned to be only for one thing and thath thing only in that room. i.e. I don not want dispolays in my bedroom or mannequins in the display room * Easy access would be nice and if there is teleports to cities I do not mind but it is not necessary, as long as the fast travel point to the home is not 100 meters from the front door it's fine * Obviously must be compatible with the children mod where you can have more than 2 children * decoration can be whatever, dwemer, wooden, whatever, maybe not boring old stone walls from castles but hey, I take what I can get! If anyone feel like they can help me please answer this post. I hope there are some good modders out there or that you have found on for SE that fits my needs (that I have missed). Thanks in advance! But you get it.) For some Reason, I've gone into ini etc to fix it, tried deleting them it re-Ajusts them etc But it does'nt seem to be doing much to assist the problem.   8. Are there any mods that display the actual color of something rather than the normal monochrome display while in various menus? Using the pipboy customization framework was a pain because rather than scrolling through a list and seeing what the color looked like before I changed it, I had to select the color, exit the workbench, look at the pipboy, and if I didn't like it have to go through everything again. It's just a pain in the ass and makes customizing things like armor and weapons for aesthetic appeal take 10 times longer than it needs to. I could only find things that change the whol pipboy display to colorful, which I don't really want, just the crafting stations. Does that exist?
  9. Hey! I was hoping to find a mod in which I could collect the heads of my enemies. I always loved the Dark Brotherhood questline, and I wanted to roleplay a character that takes his enemies' heads and displays them in his home. Would it be possible for someone to make this into a mod? Or is there something like this already out? I couldn't find one.
  10. Maybe Fallout 3 Wanderer's Edition spoiled me,but I like being able to tell the in-game time at a glance. It lets me know,anytime,anywhere,without having to navigate to a menu,or find a piece of furniture to use,what the time is,and if it's worth my while to swing by Diamond City to offload my loot at this moment. Or if I should be turning on my headlamp before stepping through that door. I figure it'd be a small convenience thing,with small,barely-felt benefits that would be handy,nonetheless. Would any handy modders be capable of producing something like this?

  12. Greetings and Salutations! As the title says I'm looking for someone that could make a weapon rack that would allow me to display arrows. It could be a item that I create at the forge and I can just drop it and then place it where ever I wanted to, sort of like this mod ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17574/? ). I've been working on a weapon vault and would like to put my arrows on display. If I drop them I have followers that fight over them. Which is comical but not helpful in allowing me to display them. I have pictures below so everyone knows what I'm talking about and for ideas. If something like this already exist please point me in that direction. Thanks, Cyngen
  13. Hi, I've read the pinned post about project ideas/requests so I'm not asking anybody else to make these mods, I just want to know how much they'd involve. The only modding experience I have is adding some sound features to a silent ASCII roguelike which is probably more intimidating than Morrowind, hopefully. The first is a tiny change I'd like to make: adjusting the opacity of the menu "help" boxes (the mouse-over pop ups). I don't know what can and can't be changed but seeing as there's a setting for the menu itself, I'm hoping this can be added in. I feel like Bethesda did it backwards, only allowing the background menu to be translucent and not the overlays! The second is to have plants/ingredients' effects pop up beneath their name when you mouse over them in the game world. I don't know if this is feasible and I imagine it would be more work than such a minor change may suggest. The display that you get when mouse hovering in the menu could suffice but only in conjunction with the first idea because otherwise that black box would be to obstructive. Completely perfect vision of this would be only displaying the known effects and not the ??????s and a more elegant version could be just displaying the icons rather than text. I'm basically looking for an estimate/challenge level so your wisdom would be appreciated. Cheers.

I'm fiddling around in the CK and I'm wondering, is it possible to pair an item that isn't typically paired with a weapon rack activator - let's say a table - with the activator itself to use it as a display surface? The cases and plaques are a little too fancy for the home I'm trying to make, so I'd love to be able to use the activators on tables and bare walls instead. I've tried linking a thin table and a weaponmidrack activator from the weapon rack, but clicking the table does nothing despite the 'activate' option coming up. Is it possible, and if so are there any examples of it in tutorials or existing mods? Thanks for any help!
  15. I thought I'd try it myself but I realized I don't really have the skills to make even something so small as this. My idea is one of the empty chests from the thieves' guild with a display case lid. Then you can place your gems inside. To place it where you want, perhaps a spell or a scroll can be used, and it could be bought from a general store. (Or a jeweler if you decide to make a 'pretty' chest ) I've checked around the nexus and the workshop and haven't found anything like this. Heck, just being able to place open chests would be great. (I can't seem to get it right with placeatme and tfc )
  16. Skyrim has been looking great so far with Realvision, the enb I currently use, however there's this one issue I've been running into: the odd graphic bugs. I haven't figured out if this is strictly an enb problem or not, but when I look at something supposed to be high in texture, like bumps in skin, it lacks any real detail and has an awkward "palette", in my own wording, muddy.   17. Hey All! So here's the scoop, a fellow modder and myself have been trying to implement Tueffel's General Display modder resource into our mod. So far, we have a lot of the displays working, from daedric artifacts, to dawnguard artifacts, black books from dragon born, dragon claws and dragon priest masks... you get the idea. However, there are a couple displays giving us the biggest headache I've ever had and after exhausting a lot of my options in game, I've turned to help here. Let me explain the exact problem and what I've done to troubleshoot thus far: Quick Explanation for those who have never used the resource: All the displays are pre-fabricated by Tueffel and are simply drag-n-drop. All the displays are linked to a single "Treasure Chest" that will hold all displayed items and allow players to access/place items via the treasure chest. Tueffel also created several trigger-box SORT activators that allow a user to activate and will promptly take all items for the designated display and set them up in their respective locations. Problem: Paragon Display and Amethyst Dragon Claw (Left and Right half) not showing/displaying at all. -Using the SORT trigger boxes will take the paragons and amethyst dragon claw halves and place them in the chest, it will not display them. What I've Done: Ensured that the scripts properties all point to the proper items/item codes/form lists Tried several different activators/mesh nodes provided by Tueffel to see if it was just the one in particular (both the LAZY and individual variants) Booted up Tueffel's Collector's Box sample mod, used his paragon display, that worked, tried again on the mod I'm working on, no dice. Compared both from every standpoint and could find nothing different. I suppose in all this, is there something that may be affecting their display? Obviously there is a multitude of factors at work, but if someone has encountered a similar problem, I'm all ears. If you are unsure, but could impart some knowledge on how exactly to make my own custom trophies or point me to a tutorial on how to make a custom trophy, I would be very appreciative. Any knowledge in the matter will give me a better understanding of what to check and how to fix my current predicament. EDIT: So we figured it out. In the Quest that handles it, there were a couple properties in the script with it that did not point to the specific items (in this case the paragons and amethyst claw). After setting those up, everything worked fine.
  18. There should be a mod that adds totally unique inventory items to unique NPCs or creatures. These unique items could then be mounted to weapon displays. To take it a step further (I'm supposing the vanilla stage), NPCs could be programmed to engage in conversation or utter passing remarks about the trophy. The player could then tell the story of acquiring the treasure and boast about previous battles, and the NPCs could react to the conversation dynamically, based on the relationship and disposition to the player. This could combine really well with my other idea about hosting parties.

  20. Hi FO3 community. I really hope you can help me! So I'm making this mod with a few stories in it, and it's going great! The quests are working just fine, but some quest text [setObjectiveDisplayed questname 20 1] will be displayed over the last line of the stage before [setObjectiveCompleted questname 10 1] instead on moving down to the next line. I played around with the display text, and adding more text gives the same result. In stage 20 this is was it says: SetObjectiveCompleted questname 10 1 SetObjectiveDisplayed questname 20 1 what am I doing wrong? [edit: found out that if I just add some spaces to the display text, it will move down.]
  21. So If someone know of or is willing to attempt to create a player house with tons of weapon display cases I'm sure there would be a lot of super happy Collectors out there. As a collector myself I like to find all the unique and rare items in the game and put them on display in my player house of choise, Currently the Sink from OWB. But the houses I find have only one flaw, Not enough display room. I love all these houses that have storage and massive floor plans, but I'm not just gonna toss my guns and armors on the massive floor. I want them to look nice, I wanna hang the weapons on the walls or in weapon racks like "the Collector's house" on the Skyrim Steam workshop. http://Steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=13870 check that page out and you'll know what I mean. Walls covered in Weapons plaque and weapon racks, Floor populated by Display cases and pedestals... I love that house, If there were a NV version of that house I'd download it, favorite it, endorse it, and recommend it to everyone. I know that there's some sort of coding that keep things from being permanently fixed to the walls. the Game's Devs hung stuff like Hunting rifles and BB-guns from the walls but as soon as you touch them everything around them just falls to the ground. I'm really hoping someone has already figured out how to do it or is willing to give it a try. Even if it's just a house with a huge trophy room filled with basic shelves I'd be happy as long as I can put them on display without fear of knocking them off of a table or something every time I walk by. If I had the time to create it my self before FO4 came out I'd do it but I'm horrible at coding. I love the NMM system for simplifying the Modding for simpletons like me who seem to wreck everything they try to do themselves.
  22. So I started by thoroughly examining the interactive bookshelves. How they work, what's involved, etc. I duplicated every item, trigger, message, script, keyword, form list, etc. - everything - then step by step re-named & tweaked everything to refer to each other and deal with circlets instead of books. I even have my own static circletstand and a dummymarker for headpieces. I set up the scripts and links and keywords exactly as if I were making a player activated bookshelf from scratch. So far, when I load it up in-game, I can walk up to my Circlet Stand, activate the container & deposit specifically only circlets, [good so far] -- but then it keeps accepting them, when it should only accept 1, and nothing displays at all at the dummymarker which I set up to place the circlet. CAN ANYONE SUGGEST WHAT I MAY HAVE DONE WRONG? If anyone knows how to write a script that will look at what has been placed in a specific container then place that same object at a specific dummy marker, I'm thinking that will solve my main issue. Could someone show me how that is done? I've been trying to understand Scripting, and have tried several times to write my own, but I seem to keep getting tripped up. I do try everything I can think of before bothering people for help, so this is my end-of-my-rope last resort. I would be very thankful for any help!

I can run the game completely vanilla and it'll do it to me. It did not do this before I started using mods otherwise I wouldn't have been able to play enough to know I would like mods. Fortunately it does not affect my current saves, and I can load early saves of characters in the vault before the final touches if I want a new character; however, I know that this should not be happening. Any ideas why this suddenly started or how I can fix it? One way or another I'll be making a fallout 4 recreation of Three Dog.
  24. Something like the magazine rack where you can display alcohol and nuka cola bottles would be great., seems a pity to store all those great longing bottles in a box.

So SecretAgent99 released a mod that allows you to put your weapons up on a pegboard (how cool is that???) and I would love to see a similar mod for clothing and armor on shelves and mannequins, and food on shelves. My idea would really be for storefronts, so fully static shelves/mannequins with pre-placed items would be good enough for me, but I'm sure there are people who'd want to display their cool collected stuff on a mannequin for their personal workshop. Right now, I can use OCDecorator to place quite a few fiddly bits and not have them sink through everything, but it's not a complete library yet. I've looked to see if there is anything out like this yet, but I've only found the weapons racks. Thanks to all you modders! You guys rock!
