  1. It always bothered me how Jin gets his so unrealistically covered in mud just from just moving or whenever his body touches the ground even when it's supposed to be dry. Hopefully a kind sir will fix that by OBLITERATING that damn mud to keep him always nice and clean !
  2. Can anyone create a mod that simply turns most of the ugly brown dirt to a green grass texture? An example of this can be seen in the 4 seasons mod, spring. Thanks.
  3. I made a new textureset in the GECK and the texture shows fine in the little texture display window when i open it in the texture set window, http://i.imgur.com/UaeuioH.png But then when i apply it to the biped model, it just shows a dirt texture, (some type of placeholder) which seems to indicate something is broken with my texture, but I have no idea why it is doing this. (Kind of hard to see, but you can tell it clearly isn't black as was intended by my texture I made) http://i.imgur.com/BJkzVC3.png EDIT: Fixed it. For anyone in the future who gets this: I just reformatted the texture as DXT5 with Mip-Maps, and renamed the .dds, so it seemed that doing so caused the engine to reload the texture and show that it was fixed
  4. I've recently been working on my "Texture Improvement Mod," which is on the hot files on the Nexus currently. I've been trying to make the Earthen Peak texture look good (the one that most noticeably tiles on the ceiling, visible from the third bonfire), but due to how much it tiles and how much it is used in the level, that's easier said than done. I'm not experienced at texture editing, but I've made the best of what little I know how to do. I'd really appreciate it if I received help from someone who is more experienced with texture editing. I'm including a file with both the raw extracted TGA files and the attempts I've done at making the textures look presentable. From what I can see, evening out the bump map (and whatever the term for the grayscale texture I included is) to be more consistent with less bits than stand out, making all three textures darker and stand out less and removing any defining marks from the dirt texture would be best to fix it, but my attempts make it look arguably better but still are lacking. I'd appreciate any advice, and I'd really appreciate it if someone took it into their own hands. I know there's only so much that can be done since the texture tiles so much by nature.
  5. Yo. Wondering if anyone might have the fix to this one. I've modded skyrim pretty heavily and I'm sure I've made almost no mistakes in doing so. I'm not at all new to modding so it isn't load order, and it isn't dirty mods. Does anyone have any idea of the source of the glitch here? http://s21.postimg.org/yfpkjel6r/Screen_Shot0.png http://s21.postimg.org/cs0m8yksj/Screen_Shot1.png http://s21.postimg.org/ygzictn0j/Screen_Shot2.png Believe I've spent a few weeks now trying to figure it out, and I have no idea what mod this comes from. Does anyone recognize this? If so, please help me out in getting rid of it; its very annoying, and pretty much kills any immersion feel to the game. It never bothered me as much as it does now. 6. [Edit] Solved, this mod fixes it, goes farther than a hundred meters. Thanks Snowyman! Here is the link to the mod http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35591/? Fallout has it set to only 30 meters to which dirt gets knocked/poofs up in the air. Is there a way to edit a value in one of the .INI files to make the effect when you shoot the ground and knock up dirt appear farther away? If not is there a mod that effects that distance threshold? I've looked around the Fallout.ini file and can't seem to find the right value to adjust it.
  7. I had the simple idea that you should be able to change your haircut(not the color) and of course you should be able to clean your face. Maybe you get a scissors or something in your inventory and a similar thing for raggery and dirt. If the place where your character starts to change something would make problems with creating the mod you could take a blackscreen or something else. A special thing would be, but just if your interested, that you become with the time dirtier and you can clean your character with the water from rivers, lakes... maybe a bit by rain. Hope someone would like to create this mod. Good hunt! :D
  8. So i saw this mod by delightfullymad (http://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/178/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fstardewvalley%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D178%26preview%3D&pUp=1) where it changes the yellow dirt on your farm and changes it to grass. I was looking for a mod that did this for a long time as i like how it looks like on the default river farm. The only problem is that it breaks the texture of the spouse area. So i was wondering if there as a similar mod out there or if somebody is willing to make a new one because from what i can see the creator has been inactive for a long time now.
  9. Looking to recreate my FFXIV character for a run of a heavily modded Skyrim, I have tried many scar mods to no avail in search of something similar to the one shown in the screenshot below, and thus I am requesting someone with far more knowledge than I to please make it for me, or point me in the right direction for learning how to make it myself. Here's a reference screenshot below, though if more are needed, let me know. I am willing to wait as long as it takes, and give compensation/tip within reason. One small thing that would also make me really happy is if it's easy/mod manager installation as I'm a complete hack fraud noob at managing my mods  Thanks in advance.
  10. I wanna know, and Fallout 4 is now long enough out and old, why nowhere someone can find a Mod, that cleans the Ocean from the Slime, that swims on all Surfaces of the Coast? Many and i know enough Fans and Players want their Fallout pimped up like a Diamond, but dont get such Mod, that kicks out that damn green Slime that we see on every f....in Shore. So where to get a Mod, that Cleans Beaches and Shores from that cursed Nuclear Slime? Wtf hell IDK how that is called, i mean that green Slime Looking huge STAINS on the Water Surface! Thx if anyone knows a Answer or maybe a Mod, but i cant Imagine, cause either lazyness or no Lust from someone to remove the Dirt and Slime from Beaches and Shores! Thx anyway.
  11. I know bathing mods have been suggested a couple of times on these forums, but no one seems to have taken it up, and all the requests I found seem like they may be a little more complex. I have no idea how difficult it would be to do, but I'd love to see a cleanliness mod that just uses the in-game dirt textures. Over time, maybe being updated each time you sleep (like Gopher's Pumping Iron; a certain counter goes up as you do things, and when you sleep that counter updates your character's physical appearance appropriately), cleanliness/hygiene decreases. Go for a swim, or maybe stand in a body of water and use a rag or bar of soap or some similar item, and the dirt textures are removed. In terms of consequences, I was thinking simple buffs/debuffs: increased or decreased resistance to disease, maybe speechcraft. Nothing fancy, unless some modder out there is feeling ambitious. Anyone interested?
  12. Is there any body textures for males that has no seams at all? I installed Better Males body+face tex, but they still leave a seam by the neck.. Really annoying. Is there a program like Caliente's TexBlender? Cheers!
  13. I have been trying to find mods that would add a little more realism to the lore of Skyrim and I am having a lot of difficulty finding suitable textures for females. Are there any known mods that add dirt to females? The whole makeup, eyeliner, and photoshopped supermodel skin is a little far from lore-friendly for my tastes.
  14. I am working on a mod that makes dirt an overpowered source of fuel. As of now, I have the correct folder settings and everything should be fine with the mods file system. But, after I copied the dirt file and editied it to have the line of code that tells the game it has 250 fuel in it, I ran the game and all of my dirt was "Perfectly Generic Item", and were small green cubes. Now, I don't know much about modding, but I know if you put modded items into a chest on a MP server, it will be called that until in your inventory again, however I tried it on singlyplayer only to get the same result. Can you provide any help? Thanks in advance. -GanfoldSB
  15. Is there any easy way for me to add dirt to the skin of Bandits? they are just too....clean. Thank you!
  16. Providing you meet the purified water requirements for the population; If you have working sinks in your settlement, clean/vault/Institute, NPC's assigned to that settlement should have clean teeth and faces. If you have baths/showers/radiation arches, NPC's assigned to that settlement should have clean skin. If something like this already exists please let me know, I'm tired of people living in places with such amenities having dirty skin, teeth and clothes.
  17. EDIT: Ok I figured it out, this post is now just for anyone who has the same issue and needs a fix. It was the FusaFusa project, weirdly enough. It's a mod which makes animals have "shells" that give them fluffy looking fur. I still wanted to keep the mod so I went into the mod folder: \textures\actors\ and \meshes\actors\ and deleted the horse folder from each of them. Doing this made the horses some weird blue color, so I then opened the Fusax2.esp in SSEEDIT and deleted all references to horses. Delete all the highlighted references starting with "NakedHorse", then File and Save. Make sure your mod manager registers the change (might need to restart Vortex or disable then enable mod) or horses might still be blue. link to pictures most of the horses in my game are really dirty. I wouldn't mind but the dirty is weirdly low-res and doesn't vibe with the rest of the textures. I have the Dirt & Blood mod but it doesn't make any note of adding dirt to horse, just people. I also have Convenient Horses but I'm pretty sure it doesn't do that. I tried installing horse retextures in hopes it would overwrite the mod which is doing this, but no luck. The dirt is on top of the new textures, so it's not editing the base texture of the horse but something additional. But yeah, they were just as dirty before & after the horse retextures (like Frost Reborn, HD Reworked Horses) so they aren't causing this. any help would be very much appreciated!! thank you :-) my load order my mod list (not ordered, in case non-plugin mods arent listed in load order)
  18. I've had A Less Yellow Stardew installed for a while with no issues (Content Patcher version available on Nexus, but I used this version here from minervaga). I just installed Flower Valley (Content Patcher edition) and Eemie's Just a New Map Recolor (Content Patcher Edition). I wanted to have the trees, bushes, and town buildings from Flower Valley and Eemie's map recolor, but have the grass and dirt of A Less Yellow Stardew. I tried to set up the configuration files from Flower Valley and Eemie's map recolor to make this work, but now I have this lit / glowing dirt patch issue I didn't have before. I tried re-installing all 3 mods but the issue persists. Screenshots of the visual glitch here: https://imgur.com/a/iZqgKGS My SMAPI log: https://smapi.io/log/8d70f7f9da924eeeb250eacc2ffd850c Eemie's Just A New Map Recolor Configuration File set up: Eemie's Just A New Map Recolor Manifest File set up: Eemie's Just A New Map Recolor Content File set up: Flower Valley Configuration File set up: Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? I wasn't able to find something related to it. Update: turns out the "visual glitch" was actually some details from the Eemie's recolor map. Because they're significantly lighter from the texture I'm using for the dirt from A Less Yellow Stardew, they show up strangely. I manually removed those details from the seasonal tilesheets Eemie's recolor maps provided and now the glitch is gone.
  19. Hi, my name is Marcus I've been trying to make Skyrim looks beautiful without too much fps drop. I disabled grass for more performance but the ground cover is full of dirt textures, it looks something like this(but with a different texture and no grass) http://www.dsogaming.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/5400-1-1326117142.jpg I would like if had one mod that simply change the dirt texture to snow or grass(I prefer snow). The closest mod I've found googling was Unique Grasses and Groundcovers - Nature and Landscape Enhancement thanks for the time, good morning. Marcus.
