For the San Bernard River...including Sweeny, Boling...Moderate
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water is within 5 feet of the top of the
  dock at the Phillips Terminal near Sweeny. Tugs can not push
  barges upstream and are unable to dock and there is widespread
  inundation of the floodplain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 PM CDT Monday was 12.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 2.0 feet
    Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...Impacts...At 17.0 feet, The river is at bankfull. At
  19.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. The Riverside Park and River
  Road at the US64 bridge flood. At 20.0 feet, Lowland flooding
  begins south of Daniel Street in east Tarboro.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM EDT Monday the stage was 19.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tonight and continue falling to around 6 feet by
    Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

    occurring. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    Wednesday evening.
