...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Indiana, including
  the following counties, in central Indiana, Madison. In east
  central Indiana, Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1031 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Anderson, Chesterfield, Edgewood, Daleville, Country Club
    Heights, Woodlawn Heights and River Forest.

* WHERE...The following counties, in east central Indiana, Union and
  Wayne and the following county, in west central Ohio, Preble.

* WHEN...Until 145 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 950 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches
    are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Richmond, Eaton, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, New
    Paris, West Alexandria, Dublin, Franklin, Abington, Milton,
    Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Boston, Mount
    Auburn, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Richmond Municipal
    Airport, Witts Station and Philomath.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  - At 723 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
    has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall of up to 0.5 to 1 inch is expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Gage.

  - At 7:30 PM EDT Monday the stage was 9.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.4
    feet early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Advisory stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
