You will be based in Madrid or Barcelona as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice within McKinsey.
The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management. Together, with the most powerful CRM tool in the market, Salesforce, we create unique, high-impact solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do
You will start your adventure with us by attending the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Programme.
Through which you will learn the Salesforce CRM functionalities and get to know in detail Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot to later join the delivery team and get involved in projects of implementation and development of impactful marketing solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
Master's degree in marketing or business
Experience or training in CRM solutions or marketing digital tools will be an asset
Excellent English language skills
Initial experience in and passion for marketing and sales
Autonomous, independent and self-taught person with a high capacity for teamwork and initiative
Passion for technology and continuous learning
