Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA

Duetto is seeking an experienced marketing manager to support our go-to-market activities in the EMEA region.

High-level responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the EMEA marketing plan in collaboration with Sales, the global demand generation team, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing plan execution, working with colleagues in events, digital marketing, content, and creative, to ensure all of the elements necessary to execute marketing programs are in place.
  • Support promotion and execution of all owned and third-party events that Duetto participates in.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and the marketing organization.
  • Provide ongoing communications to sales reps and leaders about marketing campaigns and results.
  • Build standard checklists and processes for repeatable sales and marketing activities, such as webinars, customer events, and ABM campaigns.
  • Establish and track campaign success metrics and evaluate marketing performance based on outcomes and pre-set KPIs against all marketing activities.
  • Work across the team to gain a mastery of our target markets and lead qualification criteria.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and create an EMEA wide strategy
  • Translate the global marketing initiatives into projects that are relevant to EMEA markets
  • Represent Duetto at industry events.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS software marketing or a transferable marketing field
  • Experience in the hotel / hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in a range of marketing disciplines and delivery channels including digital, design, social, partner, customer, product and events.
  • Desirable: Experience with our Marketing Stack: Sendoso, ReachDesk, Hubspot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Asana.
  • Analytical and strategic with the ability to deliver localised marketing plans by region
  • Creative both in concepts and ideas and in approach to business and project management
  • Highly organized - if you love to keep things organized, this is the job for you!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid track record of being able to manage communications across multiple stakeholders and at various levels in an organization.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
  • Team Player: You are highly collaborative and can lead across functions and in matrixed organizations.
  • Creativity: You thrive in an environment without a set playbook and are excited to build a scalable, high-impact marketing program.
  • Low ego, high EQ, and high intellectual curiosity.
  • You love the travel industry - hospitality is in your DNA!
  • Language skills: English required, French, Spanish, German or Italian desirable
