In their day-to-day work, the PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
Defines the go-to-market process in collaboration with the Marketing Director and in full correspondence with the marketing strategy.
Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and 360 promotional campaigns for the product portfolio.
Identify and communicate our products’ unique value proposition.
Create uniform and compelling messaging across all channels, including the creation of resources for the sales team.
Defines de market research/customer methodology to understand the pain points of the target audience or identify gaps in the market, validate the need for a product idea on behalf of the key stakeholders, come up with unique product features and create a positive customer experience.
Conducts market research and competitor analysis to optimally drive product awareness across all marketing channels.
Develop sales enablement programs to align with the sales team members on the correct messaging and key features of each product.
Work with internal stakeholders (digital, content, social media, trade shows) to discover the best strategies for each channel.
Optimize the go-to-market strategy from a holistic perspective based on key performance metrics and customer feedback.
Develops partners programs to amplify the impact of the go-to-market approach.
Analyse the campaigns launched by competitors, as well as the formats and technology employed by major competitors.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience leading a B2B product marketing function, especially in a sales-led organization.
Solid knowledge in the definition of unique value proposition and key messaging for products
Experience in demand generation programs in a B2B environment. Excellent understanding of the interrelationship between the various levers of marketing and sales
Demonstrable experience devising and executing B2B sales enablement programs.
Strong ability to analyse large volumes of data from diverse sources to find actionable insights and optimization patterns.
Experience with customer research methodologies
Strong understanding of ABM frameworks and tactics is a plus.
Experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing and Sales Hub is a plus.
Experience in creating reports adapted to the needs of different stakeholders.
Savviness in the use of Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Strong project management and organizational skills, being able to prioritize and promote different projects simultaneously, maintaining high levels of quality.

Excellent communication skills in English. Another EU language is a plus.
