Review, drafting and negotiating all type of contracts for HQ and BUSE: commercial, marketing, procurement, F&B, lease agreements, outsourcing, etc.
General advice in daily hotel operations.
Manage and oversight of litigation and coordination of external lawyers.
Litigation risk monitoring.
Legal assistance in hotel transactions.
Facilitating the company's business objectives by providing practical, timely, and effective legal support, while minimising potential legal risks.
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm and/or in a multinational organisation.
Experience in hospitality industry is highly valued.
QUALIFICATIONS
Law degree and admission to the Spanish Bar. LL.M
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is a must.
Solid knowledge of civil and commercial law.
Previous experience in litigation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Flexible and able to adapt to a constant changing environment.
Ability to see and handle more than the legal issues of a project; strong, pragmatic business acumen with the ability to recognize the business consequences of legal advice.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The person will report to a Legal Director of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.
The position will be based in the Office located in Sta. Engracia, 120, Madrid, Spain (hybrid model).
