The Role

Be responsible for supporting the Marketing & Trade department in the development of the national projects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the department day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand and promotions performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Sell In & Sell out analysis
• Monitoring of tools such as NIELSEN and SAP
• Ensure the right implementation of promotions and brand visibility
• Management of creative works with external agencies. Responsible of the design and creation of POSM and sales promotions materials, from conception to implementation.
• Benchmarking and competitors performance analysis.
• Cooperation with internal (other departments) and external (agencies, suppliers) interlocutors
• Administrative or other marketing support to assist the department.
• Purchase orders tracking and vendors/suppliers coordination.
• Support clients and sales force team with Marketing incidences.
• Create, review or translate sales force or marketing support materials: presentations, brochures, sales speech,…

Experience, Education & Skills

Master or Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Trade Marketing / Economics

• High knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good attitude, proactivity, and resolution capacity.
• Detail-oriented.
• Advanced level of English - daily use.

Desired:

• Mass market knowledge.
• Sell-out market info (Nielsen, IRI…)
