The Role

You will support the Marketing and Communication Mediterranean region team (Italy and Spain) and their stakeholders in the delivery of their marketing strategy, which involves all aspects of the marketing mix. You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications for Italy and Spain and work closely with the broader corporate marketing teams, Executive Assistants and you will often work directly with our client facing teams to deliver marketing activities accordingly.

What You'll Do

You will work on a variety of tasks, events and projects including events support, CRM management, collateral development, communications, both internal and external, key account admin support, as well as more general marketing support duties. You will have a busy, diverse, hands-on-role.

• Proactively support the team in planning and delivering the marketing and communications strategy for Italy and Spain
• Assist with the preparation and elaboration of internal and external communications
• Support events management for both internal team events
• Update marketing and communications materials, including translations sometimes if needed
• Support with planning and managing campaigns and initiatives across segments and geographies
• Support in the preparation and elaboration of marketing and BD content
• Assist with Digital and website content development
• Metrics and KPIs report
• Help to maintain contact databases via a CRM database - Salesforce
  
  

What You Will need t o Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• A degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
• Italian would be a plus
• Applicants must be available for this internship full-time
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated and able to work easily in both in teams and independently
• Social, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
• Competency in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
