At Eni, we are looking for an in-house Lawyer within Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for assisting and advising the different teams (development/construction/operation) on all legal topics arising out of business of the company mainly in Spain.

As a member of the development project management and services at Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain you will be responsible for:

• Projects development: Assisting the development teams on all legal topics arising during the development: land lease agreements, agricultural agreements, permits and licenses, joint ventures.
• Drafting and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts.
• Assisting the teams for all legal contingencies arising during the construction and the operation of the assets.
• Corporate: Secretarial services of the companies of the group.
• Attend BoD and Shareholders meetings and draft the minutes, mergers, incorporations, share capital increases
• Reporting to the head of Legal for Renewable Energies.
  

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Lawyer with excellent knowledge
• Substantial experience in the renewable energy sector. Alternatively, experience in the infrastructure/construction sector will be positively assessed.
• Qualification: law degree from a Spanish university.
• Is required Spanish: native/bilingual and English: B2
