As an Intern HR Generalist, with a clear cross-functional profile, you will play a fundamental role in the People department by providing support in a wide range of functions and responsibilities. This position is responsible for collaborating in the implementation and execution of human resources policies and procedures, as well as providing support to both the staff and the People department, in various areas related to human capital. You will report to the Head of People directly.
You will
Participate in the recruitment and selection process, providing support in posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with potential candidates.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, liaising directly with the management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing the necessary tools and information for successful integration.
Maintain and update information related to the workforce, especially employee records, including personal data, vacations, salaries and payroll, absences, and changes in position.
Support in performance evaluation and the development of individual development plans.
Manage and keep updated information and records of the workforce regarding occupational health and safety.
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from employees regarding company policies and procedures, providing guidance and issue resolution.
Collaborate in the monthly payroll process, reviewing and managing time records, monthly modifications, and salary benefits.
Collaborate in organizational development initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance evaluation, and succession plans.
Manage internal communications, formal and informal, through the established channels.
Contribute to promoting a positive organizational culture through internal communication initiatives, events, and engagement activities.
Languages
Fluent in Spanish, advanced in English
