At Exceltic, we are looking for an HR Assistant intern to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to learn and grow with us.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating with academic centers and universities.

• Support in creating and expanding our professional network.

• Assist in organizing webinars and other recruitment events.

• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial interviews.

• Assist in documentation management, including maintaining candidate records and HR documents.

• Provide general support in other HR administrative tasks as needed.

🔎 Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in English, as well as any other language, is a plus

• Basic knowledge of office software packages (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
