🌟 Job Opportunity: Data & Analytics Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan and oversee the functional and management tasks within the company's Services department.
• Ensure the fulfillment of tactical objectives derived from the organization's strategy.
• Guarantee the adherence to quality standards in the provided services.
• Understand the client's reality and find ways for Quales to address their business and technical needs.
• Foster the growth of the department, ensuring that all team members embrace the established culture.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Computer Engineering Professional; Bachelor's in Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• +10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in Business Intelligence projects or Systems projects, with a clear functional/management orientation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team.
• Knowledge of the entire data framework (Database / ETL / Analytics), analytical understanding of various business areas, and experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience in Python, Spark, and Databricks is a big plus!
• Strong interpersonal skills to build synergy with clients and the team.
• Proven experience in technology companies, preferably in a B2B environment.
