Business Analyst – Point of Sale System - 3 Month Contract

A dynamic and innovative technology company revolutionizing the way businesses manage their point-of-sale (POS) systems seeks a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate should possess project management skills and expertise in the Restaurant, F&B, and Retail industries.

Reporting to the COO, the Business Analyst will enhance global POS products and integrated solutions. This role involves collaboration with C-level executives, the product team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, as well as the marketing and business development team to support growth initiatives and implement KPIs for measuring success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executives, product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Lead projects to enhance POS products and integrated solutions, from conception to delivery.
• Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for seamless integration of POS solutions.
• Work with marketing and business development to identify growth opportunities.
• Automate and simplify business processes for efficiency.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and drive improvement.
• Support the development team by clarifying requirements and managing scope changes.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, payment processing, and inventory management.
• Experience with project management, and Agile development.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English.

The position will be on an initial three month contract with the opportunity to go permanent.
