    How do I find my system serial number?

    Check the box that the system came in and/or the receipt from when you purchased it; it is possible that the serial number is on one of those items.

    Can Nintendo help me locate my system?

    We are unable to track or otherwise determine the location of a lost/stolen system. Please report the loss to local law enforcement.

    How do I transfer my Nintendo Account or Nintendo Network ID (NNID) to another system?
    Does product warranty cover lost or stolen items?

    Product warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Nintendo does not replace products that are missing or stolen.
