- If you receive the message, "An Internet connection is required to delete all content and settings from the console," then you will need to connect the Wii U to the internet before proceeding.
What to do
- From the Wii U Menu, select System Settings.
- Using the Left Stick, scroll to Delete All Content & Settings and press the A Button.
- Please read the information displayed on your TV screen, and then tap Next.
- Wait for a few seconds, and then tap Delete Everything.
