Not Receiving Nintendo Account Promotional Emails

The information in this article can help you when promotional emails are not arriving from your Nintendo Account.

Note: There is no set schedule for when Newsletters or promotional emails are sent.

What to do

  1. Check your Nintendo Account profile settings, and verify that you have enabled the receipt of promotional emails.
  2. Check your spam/junk email folder to see if emails have been routed there.
  3. Make sure there are no filters in your email account that may be blocking emails from @accounts.nintendo.com.
  4. Make sure that your email address is entered correctly in your Nintendo Account. If you need to correct the email address, you can do so through your Nintendo Account profile.
  5. Try changing the email address associated to your Nintendo Account.
