The App Store is not letting me download nothing or Google app app has stopped, which is it’s disabled it says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes I do not know what that means
According to If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
"Contact Apple Support for help.
If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," request reactivation for help."
